A: The initial setup fee is for the interface creation for your video. Our expert team will shoot, integrate, produce, position and manage the video on your website through our multi-step conversion from a green room video to a Person on Web video. Our software development team will transform the video into a one-line code for your ease and hosting purpose.
A: Person on Web does not require any special hardware or software. Macromedia Flash 8 plug-in is needed to view the video. If the Flash 8 plug-in is not installed on your PC, you will be prompted to install the FREE plug-in.
A: Our in house software department at Person on Web will inform you via email once the job is completed. At that point, you will take the one line of code and have your website hosting company insert it to the appropriate page. We will be able to assist you or your website hosting company as needed.
A: We recommend that your Person on Web video be approximately 20-30 seconds per page for maximum viewing impact. The first impression of the video should aim to be short, and to the point about who you are. In return, this will engage your visitors to be interested in learning more. You can have multiple 30 second messages to keep your visitors captivated.
A: Under normal circumstances, all Person on Web videos have the built-in tag. However depending on what arrangement you have with us, you may have it removed for a minimal charge. Your salesperson will be able to give you pricing details.
A: If you have decided to shoot your video at another location other than our studio located in Houston Texas we can assist you in locating a videographer who will be equipped to do the initial process and shooting and send the file to us. Once we receive the basic shoot we will then complete the remaining process to convert the received file into the format using our software for hosting.
Please note that if you are shooting elsewhere on your own, we cannot guarantee that the video will be as high quality as what we specialize in doing. Also, the studio rental rate may be as comparable to a round-trip ticket to Houston, Texas.
A: No. Our software development team does all the work. Once completed, we will give you a one line code to be inserted on the designated page to launch the video and play right over your existing website.
